Han Infusions

Select ripe, seedless fruit and slice it up! Add the fruit and HAN Asian Vodka to the jar and allow it to soak for 24-36 hours. Keep the fruit submerged to avoid oxidation.

Infusion Jar = 204 oz.
3 bottles HAN (750ml)
~3-4 cups fruit

Han Citrus Infusion

• 2 Oranges cut into circles
• 4 Lemons cut into circles
• 4 Limes cut into circles

Han Apple & Cinnamon Infusion

• 4 Cinnamon Sticks
• 6 Large Red Apples cut into slices

Han Cran-Orange Spiced Infusion

• 3 Ripe Oranges cut into circles
• 20 Fresh Cranberries
  (Do not use soft or bruised berries)
• Mix 1 cup Sugar with ½ cup of water (to make simple syrup)

Han Tropical Fruit Infusion

• 1 Pineapple cut as desired
• 1 cup of Blueberries
• 1 cup Raspberries
• 1 bunch seedless grapes (off stem)

Han Lemon Infusion

• 6 Lemons cut into circles
• 1 Lime cut into circles
• 1 cup Simple Syrup
  (2 cups sugar, 1 cup water)

Han Ginger Infusion

• ½ cup peeled and thinly
  sliced Ginger

Han Strawberry Infusion

• 4 pints (baskets) of Strawberries
  ( California or Alpine are great)
• Remove green leafy hull
  with pairing knife
• Slice Strawberries in half

Han Pineapple Infusion

• Select pineapples with strong sweet aroma and rich color (very ripe)
• 1 Pineapple sliced into round slices or chunks (cut off the rind)
• 2 sprigs of fresh Mint

Han Melon Infusion

• 1 ½ cup of honeydew melon
• 1 ½ cup watermelon (seedless)
• 1 ½ cup cantaloupe

Han Plum Infusion

• 10 Plums sliced with skin on
  (discard the seed)
• Plums are widely available from June through October
• Peak season for plums is August and September ( Santa Rosa or Damson are good varieties)

Han Apricot Infusion

• 1 cup Dried Apricots
• 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
• 1 Star Fruit sliced
• 1 Orange Rind strip (twist)

Han Vanilla Infusion

• 2-4 Split Vanilla Beans

Han Coconut Infusion

• 1 Coconut cut as desired
  (discard skin and milk)
• 1 Sugar Cane
• 1 Vanilla Bean split

Han Pear Infusion

• 5 Pears sliced in half
  (discard the seeds)
  (Comice, Anjou, and Barlett for a sweet flavor) (Bose pears are buttery. Seckel pears are spicy)
• Mix 1 cup Sugar with ½ cup of water
  (to make simple syrup)
