Enter the Dragon Tattoo Program Rules

• Your submission must be of a dragon on YOUR body. No copywritten images will be accepted. All attempts at copyright infringement will be reported to the image rights owner.
• By submitting an image you grant Progressive Beverages, Inc. the right to immediately use the image on the hanasianvodka.com site realizing that other people may freely view the image, vote on it, and even download it.
• If selected as a program winner by other website users, Progressive Beverages or HAN Asian Vodka will purchase the rights to use your tattoo image in perpetuity. The purchase price shall be the value of the award given to you.
• Han Asian Vodka reserves the right to refuse any entry into this contest for any reason at any time. Improper or pornographic postings will be immediately rejected.
• Attempts at vote tampering are monitored and if traced to the person related to an entry are found to be involved they will immediately be removed form this program and possible charges implied.
• In the event of a tie, Han Asian Vodka reserves the right to have either a runoff competition or even have the winner selected by Han Asian Vodka staff from all entries that are tied. Selection of the winner after a tie by staff would be done by any process that the staff members deem suitable.
• Results are ranked by the following formula: (sum total of all rank values per specific entry divided by the number of votes per specific entry).
• Han Asian Vodka reserves the right to end this program without awarding a winer at any time for any reason.
• All persons entering the contest must verify that entering a program as such is lawful in their state, country or province. Unlawful entries will not be awarded any prizes.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• All Program participants guarantee and validate upon entry under penalty of perjury that they are 21 years of age or older.
